Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return

   • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

   • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Personal care items, undergarments, and customized products.

   • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

3. Refund Process

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through M-Pesa or the original payment method.

4. Exchange Option
   Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement or store credit.
