The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to customer misuse.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through M-Pesa or the original payment method.
Exchange Option
Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement or store credit.
